Getting started with VACenter on MacOS and Linux

Download Node JS from https://nodejs.org/ and download the LTS version and install it.
Go to the VACenter Github releases and download the zip (VACenter-VX.X.X.zip) and extract the files to a folder.
Open terminal in the installation folder then run npm i
Go to the setup guide here on how to setup VACenter for the first time.

To start the server, open terminal in the /VACenter directory and run pm2 start server --name VACenter. On http://localhost:3000
To stop the server, open terminal in the /VACenter directory and run pm2 stop VACenter.

Getting started with VACenter on Windows

Download Node JS from https://nodejs.org/ and download the LTS version and install it.
Go to the VACenter Github releases and download the installer (VACenter-VX.X.X-Installer.exe) and run it.
Go to the install location, the default location is C:\VACenter and run setup.bat (if a security error appears press read more then allow).
Go to the setup guide here on how to setup VACenter for the first time.

To start the server, double click the start.bat file and VACenter will start in the background. On http://localhost:3000
To stop the server, double click the stop.bat file and VACenter will start in the background.

First Time setup

Go to http://localhost:3000 in your web browser after you started the server and follow the prompts.

API key is your VANet API key. Obtain your key here.

The default username and password is
Username: ADMIN1
Password: ADMIN1
